The CEF employs an experienced team drawn from the NHS, National Services Scotland, National Procurement, NHS Strategic Buying Solutions, Oxford AHSN and The Countess of Chester Hospital.
Throughout the orchestration of complex, long-term net-zero schemes, CEF experts can support member organisations with in-depth experience of specialist disciplines including procurement, engineering, legal and finance.
By fostering close working relationships our people have helped clients overcome major barriers in delivering schemes, including budget constraints and reluctance over Energy Performance Contracts procurement.
Our specialist skills include:
- Framework procurement, 5 frameworks as of 2024
- 7 x EPC Project Managers
- 6 x Project Implementation Leads
- 9 x Technical Advisors
- 4 x Legal, finance specialists
- 6 x Contract & Performance Assurance Managers– (M&V)
Our Trustees & Directors
The CEF is overseen by a board of trustees, charged with overseeing the CEF and CEF Scotland (CEFS), and ensuring that it acts in the best interests of the NHS and NSS. The Trustees meet approximately three times per annum, or as required.
